Merge follows Ari, a young woman in her 20's who decides to step outside of her comfort zone through an acting class. While there, she meets an interesting group of students led by their enigmatic teacher, Joy, who challenges Ari to harness her deepest fears in order to peak vulnerability in performance.
Through an exercise with a self-assured partner named Nicholas, Ari is forced to lean into the unconventional teaching methods of the class, and her initial disbelief in the process transforms into a love for power and honesty.

While waiting for a delayed bus, a woman kills time in Downtown Brooklyn and is confronted by her dependence on a brand new massage vest. Victoria Pandeirada’s “Massage Vest” is a telephoto comedy observing the peculiar behavior of a woman who is newly addicted to shoulder and neck relief. When the overworked vest loses power, she doesn’t hesitate to ask her fellow New Yorkers if they’d lend a helping hand.
